Manual dimension building:
Manual dimension can be done through the outline editor.
In outline editor we have to right click on outline, and click on add child, then we have to give name to that dimension.

Under dimension we have to add members. Under members we can again add children to those members.
you can also create sibling, or you can create member at same level or genaration
